Property with great natural light, a spacious living room with a living area and a dining area, giving access to the balcony that offers a pleasant leisure area and an incredible view of the ocean, worthy of a picture of a tourist postcard. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen with dining table completes the space of this apartment that can accommodate a maximum of six people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. AREA Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several international renowned venues and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants. About a half kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. GETTING AROUND For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
