Terrace Vila II is a pleasant ground floor house in Garajau, just a few minutes from the beach. The property has three bedrooms, one with a single bed and two with double bed, one of which has a private bathroom with shower and a terrace access. There is another WC in the house with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open space format allows the living room and dining area to share the same space. Take the opportunity to enjoy the good weather of the south side of Madeira Island, on the terrace area, which offers two distinct areas, one for dining and the other for leisure time. This property has a maximum capacity of 5 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. AREA The Garajau area is easily accessible, close to restaurants, shops, services, supermarkets, Cristo Rei (Christ the King - one of the most iconic monument) and the Garajau cable car, which allows access to the beach, an alternative to the pedestrian way. There is also a small trail for your morning walks, right next to the Cristo Rei monument. This property is a 10-minute drive from Funchal. If you choose to go to the Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and find out more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature-related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.
