You can enjoy the stunning sea view from the COMMUNAL TERRACE of the building. From here you can visit Santa Cruz city center and enjoy a swim in the beach, which is very close to the building. It has all the necessary amenities and features air conditioning. There is also parking space in the building. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Situated on the east side of the island, this apartment is close to the airport, a water park and the city center of Santa Cruz. The airport is 2 minutes away by car, and about 5 minutes by car you will find the municipality of Machico, known for its bay with the artificial beach of yellow sand; the fantastic views of Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia or the Miradouro da Portela. Funchal is a 15-minute drive away. Here you can find a wide variety of museums, gardens, activities, commercial spaces and belvederes, where you can enjoy the best views of the city. From here you have quick access to the highway that connects the west side to the east side, which will facilitate your tours around the island. In the center of the city of Santa Cruz you will find restaurants and grocery stores. In the parish of Caniço you can find supermarkets and a shopping center. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.
