This apartment is part of a newly opened condominium, located in an excellent neighborhood, right next to the city center and with fantastic conditions to receive you. The property has a comfortable bedroom with a lot of natural light, a feature that is visible throughout the area, thanks to the large windows that give you access to the balcony that surrounds the whole apartment. In the outdoor area you can enjoy the space to have your meals with a great views of the city and part of the bay. The living room is decorated with taste and detail, and it is noteworthy that the sofa also serves as a bed, with capacity for two people, giving all the comfort you deserve! This property can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino of Madeira. Next to the Casino you will find the lovely Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal. The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk). GETTING AROUND Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
