The island of Madeira is one of the most desirable islands in the world, thanks to the good climate, the breathtaking landscapes, the green nature and the fantastic standard of living enjoyed in this small archipelago. All this beauty and grandeur served as inspiration for the sublime decoration of this fantastic apartment, where the endless view to the Atlantic completes the scenario. The details and the quality are present in every room of the apartment, from the furniture to the decorative pieces that complete this property, which was recently decorated by an internationally awarded architect. The interior of the house consists of three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds; a fully equipped open space kitchen, where you can prepare your meals together with your family or friends, enjoying the sea view. Outside is the "cherry on top of the cake". The spacious balcony offers the best for enjoying a luxury vacation: barbecue, jacuzzi with a spectacular sea view and a space for sunbathing. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has air conditioning, TV and surround sound in every room. Construction work is underway near the property, so there may be occasional noise during the day. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA Located in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and the shopping center Forum Madeira, which has several spaces of recognized international brands and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. Besides the closest options, you can also go to Funchal city center (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants. Praia Formosa beach is about three kilometers from the apartment, perfect for swimming and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. The Lido bathing complex has a pool and sea access and is a four-minute walk from the apartment. TRANSPORT For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 2 minutes from the house. For departures and arrivals from the airport, the best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport! GUESTS ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always available to help or answer any questions. Please contact us via cell phone numbers or email. We will do our best to respond to all requests. OTHER REMARKS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
