We guarantee that you will have your dream vacation, in a house full of good taste, a fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi, which will refresh your days in Madeira. Situated between Amparo and Piornais, this villa offers all the facilities and conditions for a large family or for a holiday with your group of friends! The large areas, the garden and the various places of rest, define the "personality" of this house. Here, you can keep your reading up to date, or simply get out of the routine. Come and enjoy yourself, and bring the whole family! We have a suite, four bedrooms and two leisure areas inside the house. Outside you can admire the garden, with several rest areas, an area with barbecue, a small vegetable garden and a nice swimming pool overlooking the vast Atlantic Ocean. Next to it, a jacuzzi to relax. If you rent a car, the house has a private parking area. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Inserted on a road with few movement, this property is only ten minutes away from the center of Funchal, its services and multiple restaurants. This area is fairly quiet. Near the house there is a bakery, cafes and supermarkets. In three minutes (by car) you are at the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarket, restaurants and movie theatres. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. To get to downtown Funchal, there are bus stops nearby. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
