Casa Anoneira is a spacious and bright 4-bedroom house, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a peaceful setting, while remaining close to Funchal. With a maximum capacity of 7 guests, the property is spread over two floors and offers both indoor and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and leisure. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area where the kitchen, dining room and living room blend seamlessly, benefiting from plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for both short and long stays. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a small pantry/storage room. The upper floor houses the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with twin beds have direct access to a balcony with unobstructed views over Funchal Bay. A third bedroom features a single bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The master suite includes a double bed and a private bathroom, ensuring greater comfort and privacy. Outdoors, the property stands out for its generous grounds, private swimming pool, sunbathing area and garden. The games room includes a ping pong table, skates and stand-up paddle boards, providing fun for all ages. The house also offers private parking. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
