Located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and cable TV. Access to the balcony allows you to enjoy a sunny space — perfect for relaxing, reading, or having a coffee. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and includes a laundry area. The property accommodates up to a maximum of 4 people, with free Wi-Fi and parking available. Ideal for those seeking comfort, simplicity, and an excellent base for exploring Funchal and the rest of the island. AREA Located on Avenida das Madalenas, this apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to the highway—both to the east and west of Madeira. Nearby, you will find a public garden, supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shops, and restaurants serving local and international cuisine. The center of Funchal is about a five-minute drive away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, as well as cultural and outdoor activities. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. There is a bus stop a 2-minute walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
