This pleasant flat is part of a small city condominium and has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both rooms have good sun exposure. In the living room, you'll find a cosy space equipped with a sofa bed, dining table and television, so you can relax after a long day on the island. Through the lounge you have access to a small balcony, where you can relax or take your meals at the outdoor table. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The flat has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Other observations - We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
