In the kitchen, you'll find a pleasant, fully-equipped space with a pass-through to the dining area and a living room, equipped with everything you need, as well as a sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool and the sea in the background. The position of the flat gives you greater peace of mind, as it is away from the main access routes.. The flat also has a guest bathroom and separate laundry room. This building is equipped with a communal swimming pool and gym, where you can enjoy a good swim or keep fit while enjoying your holiday. The flat has a maximum capacity of 5 people. Area The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre and Forum Madeira, 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade and 2 minutes walk from Padel Tennis courts. This is a privileged area as it is close to gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk. In the city centre there are several touristic attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural, radical, nature-related activities, for any purpose of your visit to Madeira Island). Getting around The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. Access to property You have access to all areas of the property. Interaction We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
