With three bedrooms, all with sea view balconies, they are equipped as follows: one with a private bathroom and king size bed, another with a queen size bed and the third with two single beds. With excellent areas and well decorated, the property offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. In the living room, equipped with a sofa and dining table, we find a beautiful, spacious area that is connected to the kitchen in an open-plan format, so you can enjoy a good time while preparing your meals. In addition to the other amenities, the apartment has a shared bathroom with shower and a balcony with a dining table and lounge area. Outside, in the communal spaces, you can take advantage of the garden areas as well as the gym and the infinity pool which offers marvellous views. The property has a maximum capacity of 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment has two private parking spaces. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental, next to the Forum Madeira shopping centre (4-minute walk), a 1-minute walk from the cycle path and a 5-minute walk from the Doca do Cavacas bathing complex. This is a privileged area because it is close to paddle tennis courts (10 minutes on foot), gardens, restaurants, bars/cafés, shops and services, as well as being a 10-minute drive from the centre of Funchal or 40 minutes if you choose to walk. In the city centre there are many tourist attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island). GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
