The flat is located in a building with a lift and has Wi-Fi available in all areas. This one-bedroom flat is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a city holiday, given its proximity to the centre of Funchal. AREA The Princesa Dona Amélia flat is located in the same building as the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, 850 metres from the Funchal Marina and a 15-minute walk from the city's Old Town. Take advantage of your stay to explore this town, which offers countless possibilities! Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a nearby beach and seafront promenade. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, the marina, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum). There's a Pingo Doce supermarket in Plaza Shopping. Don't miss the experience of taking a cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens. You can also walk to the starting point (10 minutes). You should also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. Madeira International Airport is about 23 kilometres away by car. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There are bus stops near the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
