If you want to explore the city of Funchal and its attractions, choosing this property will be a big step towards your comfort. Very close to the old part of the city, where you can enjoy the art and tradition, you will also be close to many services located in the area. With a simple and comfortable decoration, you will be able to relax after the days exploring the city and Madeira Island. Recently renovated, this apartment accommodates up to 4 people, making use of the sofa bed available in the living room. AREA If you come to enjoy the good weather and the best that the city of Funchal has to offer, look no further. This is the ideal area! In spring and summer you can take a swim at the Barreirinha bathing complex or at the small beach located in the old part of the city, both within a five minute walk from the apartment. All year round you can take a stroll through the streets and gardens of the city, or a walk along the seaside promenade that takes you to the Funchal Marina and the CR7 Museum. Nearby there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial surfaces. HOW TO GET TO The best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation application will easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer any questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER REMARKS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
