Apartment with two floors, up to 8 people, next to the promenade, in Reis Magos area.
Close to the sea and restaurants, this completely renovated duplex is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to spend a good season in Madeira. A fifteen minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport, this property is recommended for those who prefer to be relatively close to the city but in a quiet place with good access. With two floors, the apartment has four bedrooms, three with double bed, one with two single beds. It has three bathrooms, one with bathtub. You can also use the barbecue area on one of the balconies for an outdoor meal. Please note that the parking space is narrow and is more suitable for medium-sized or small vehicles. AREA The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or go swimming during the hottest days. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or international dishes. Besides the closest options, you can also go to the centre of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. To get to Funchal, there are bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

You don't have to publish this review, but the building is run down and dirty. The lift on our side wasn't working, which wasn't funny at all. Also, one of the showers was blocked and smelly. So the convenience of having three bathrooms was reduced to one. The upstairs bathroom is very dangerous. At least fix the drainage problem in the bathtub. Even if the building's problems are not your responsibility, consider what would have happened if there had been a disabled person. When people make reservations, I recommend being honest and mentioning the deterioration of the building and the lift problem. Good luck.

Wspaniałe mieszkanie z doskonałą lokalizacją! Niedaleko mieszkania był zjazd do głównej drogi, nie trzeba było parkować pod górę. W okolicy spaceru wiele sklepów i restauracji. Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne, było wszystko czego potrzeba, doskonale urządzona kuchnia. Widoków z tarasów nawet nie komentuję - zdjęcia mówią same za siebie, choć w rzeczywistości jest jeszcze piękniej. Mieszkanie blisko głównej drogi, a mimo to bardzo cicho. Parkowanie w garażu nie sprawiało nam problemów, mimo że są różne opinie. Jeśli miałabym się do czego przyczepić to ręczniki - był tylko jeden zestaw na osobę na cały tydzień pobytu.
