Full bath and equipped kitchen for all your needs. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Quiet residential area 5 minutes walking from the main avenue of Funchal. GETTING AROUND With bus stop practically at the doorstep, transport will be no problem for our guest. For departures and airport arrivals, the closest Aerobus stop is a mere 5 minutes away. Feel also free to ask us a cab transfer marking with our local partners. Cheaper than taxis found at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property. GUEST INTERACTION We are always available for any concern you may have. Feel free to contact us through our local numbers or email. We will try our best to accommodate your needs! All informations are on the info board at the entrance of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
