Savoy Monumentalis XII is an elegant T3 apartment located in Lido, the sunniest area of Funchal and one of the most central zones on the island, ideal for those seeking comfort, accessibility, and quality of life during their stay. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it is perfect for families or groups. The living area features a bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to a pleasant outdoor courtyard, perfect for meals or relaxing moments outdoors. The private area comprises three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the exterior. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and also access to the exterior, ensuring natural light and privacy. There is also a guest WC with toilet and sink located in the hallway. The apartment includes a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens, ideal spaces to relax and take advantage of the island’s mild climate. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. RULES We want you to feel at home.
