Staying in the centre of Funchal is a privilege, as you're only a few minutes away from a number of places to visit. The proximity makes the experience more interesting for those who like to get around on foot. Located just a few minutes' walk from Jardim de Santa Luzia, this pleasant one-bedroom city flat offers a cosy atmosphere and the essential amenities for those travelling as a couple or in a business context. Simply decorated, practical and functional, the flat has a living room with a sofa, dining table, TV and balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed and a window that lets in natural light. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. AREA This flat is a 10-minute walk from the Farmers' Market and Funchal's Old Town. From here you can explore the various tourist attractions on foot, such as the cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Cathedral and Madeira Wine Lodge. In addition to these amenities, shopping centres are very close by, with various shops, cafés, restaurants and medium-sized supermarkets. In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There are bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
