Ideal accommodation for a business or leisure trip. It offers all the comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay, with two bedrooms with a bathroom and shower, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, a living area, a TV with cable channels, a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a dining area and a guest toilet. Maximum capacity for 6 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Building without elevator. AREA Guests have quick and easy access to various restaurants, stores, shopping centers and supermarkets. This building is very close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal's Old Town and the Cathedral. From here you can explore the city's many tourist attractions on foot (e.g. cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...). Barreirinha’s beach or São Tiago’s beach is about fifteen minutes away on foot, where you can relax and take a dip. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
