AREA The municipality of Ribeira Brava is one of the oldest towns in Madeira, being one of the first to have been populated. It lies between Câmara de Lobos and Ponta do Sol, and has parishes such as Campanário, Serra de Água, and Tabua. This location can easily give you access to the highway where you can travel to neighboring cities. In this property you will be in the center of Ribeira Brava, surrounded by pastry shops, restaurants, and a gym. If you opt for a walk, in about 15 minutes you will find the beach of Ribeira Brava and a beautiful promenade that will give you access to Tabua. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. Positive: Výborná lokalita. Parkování v garáži. Klidné prostředí. Negative: Přesnější a dřívější informace o přesné adrese. Ovladač ke garáži byl na klíčích, což jsem zjistit až při vyzvednutí ze schránky, do té doby jsem neměl informaci, jak se dostat do garáže.

Sehr große, moderne Wohnung. Sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. War frisch und sauber geputzt. Wenn man Krümel liegen lassen hat, sind kleine Ameisen gekommen, aber nicht schlimm. Den Nachbarshund hat man gut gehört, generell hört man von den anliegenden Wohnungen gut durch. Ribeira Brava ist sehr gut auf der Insel gelegen, von dort aus kommt man überall schnell und einfach mit dem Auto umher. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Begrüßt wurden wir vom Gastgeber nicht, haben aber telefonisch alles super gefunden und geschafft.

Das Apartment ist schön, geräumig und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt – die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. In 10 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß an den Strand und in den Ortskern. Alles wunderbar, vielen Dank

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet, sauber und top ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine & alles, was man zum Kochen gebrauchen könnte. Leider gab es Ameisen in der Wohnung, sodass wir außerhalb von Kühlschrank und Tupperdosen wirklich gar keine Lebensmittel stehen lassen konnten. Zwischenzeitlich roch es schlecht aus dem Badezimmerabfluss, was wir jedoch auf die enormen Regenmengen zurückführen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof, jedoch kriegt man viel von den Nachbarn mit, die z.T. abends nach 22 Uhr noch im gemeinsamen Hausflur Pflanzen umgetopft und Weihnachtslieder gesungen haben. Insgesamt jedoch eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und sehr unterstützende, zuverlässige Gastgeber. Wir waren ca. 12 Tage dort und es wurde nach der ersten Woche einmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Dies lief ebenfalls unkompliziert ab. Ribeira Brava ist mit Auto zentral gelegen & Madeira bietet wirklich tolle Wanderungen. Pluspunkt: Garagenstellplatz.
