With a dining area, a work area, closet, two single beds and a sofa bed for children, in open space, this apartment can accommodate up to three people, being ideal for a romantic getaway, with family or friends. The kitchen, although small, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals; the bathroom is complete and offers a shower cabin. From the most basic utensils to modern appliances, everything has been thought of so that you can enjoy a worry-free stay. This apartment is perfect for those who want to explore and have a more urban travel experience. Being in the heart of the city, surrounded by cultural attractions, stores, and leisure options, as well as essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation, makes the stay much more convenient. AREA Accommodation inserted in a building located in the Funchal city centre. From this building, you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, the Farmers Market, Funchal’s Cathedral, Municipal Garden, Municipal Theater, Funchal’s Marina, shopping centers, supermarkets, bars and museums. In the city center there is a lot of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacations: cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
