Ground floor house with about 100m2, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with natural light and storage space - one with double bed and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and window. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, which could suit larger families. The terrace offers a stupendous view over the sea and the port of Funchal, an area with outdoor shower, a dining area and portable barbeque. It is the most desirable room in the house, where you can enjoy reading, sunbathing, outdoor meals or simply enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Free access to all rooms of the house. Access to the house by two flights of steps down. Property with individual entrance, isolated from the other houses. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the house. Free parking available near the property. AREA The property is located in Lazareto, a few minutes away from downtown Funchal. It is a quiet area with easy access to the city centre, either on foot or by car. It is close to the Miradouro do Lazareto, Barreirinha beach, Forte de São Tiago, Funchal-Monte cable car, Mercado dos Lavradores, restaurants, bars, local shops and other services. In Funchal city centre there are several touristic points of interest and information about cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house. ATTENTION -Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. -No pets allowed. Please don’t feed wild or domestic animals. -No parties allowed.
